Refund policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy (Consulting Services)
1) Services (no physical returns)
eCom Karma provides professional consulting and implementation services delivered digitally (strategy, working sessions, marketing execution, and related deliverables). Because our offerings are services—not physical goods—there are no “returns.”
2) 72-hour cancellation window
If you purchase a service package and request cancellation within 72 hours of purchase, we will provide a full refund, as long as we have not started work and no live working session has occurred.
To cancel within this window, email devin@ecomkarma.com or simply reply to the payment confirmation email with the subject line “Cancel My Order” and include your name and order number.
3) After work begins
Once work has started (including pre-work such as onboarding, research, planning, account access setup, document preparation, or any live session), fees are non-refundable.
If you need to stop a project after work begins, you may request termination in writing. Where applicable, we will:
stop future work, and
(at our discretion) apply any remaining unused portion as a credit toward future services within 6 months.
